Thursday Night’s Run at the Gym

I went to the gym again tonight and worked out on the treadmill. I ran an abbreviated set of intervals which consisted of two intervals, where each interval was at 6.5 MPH and lasted for 4 minutes. This is quite a bit less than I was doing a couple of weeks ago. My goal over the next several weeks is to get so I am doing 8 sets of 4 minutes each. And I want the last interval to be as strong as the first.

This morning I did one set of 20 crunches, one set of 25 setups and a side plank on each side.
